We’ve been on the road this month…
Mantec Group has had an extremely busy start to 2023, including our participation last week in leading exhibitions in Germany and India.
Mantec Filtration exhibited at FILTECH https://filtech.de/ in Cologne, the world’s largest and most important filtration show. The company was able to promote its whole range of porous ceramics, not just for ceramic filters but also as used for applications in diffusion, aeration, fluidising and flame arresting. FILTECH draws visitors from a wide range of user industries, and this reflects Mantec’s own involvement in sectors such as water treatment, agrochemical, petrochemical, pharma, food, beverage, aerospace, and defence.
“FILTECH is an important show for Mantec,” said Sales Director Mark Berrisford, “as we have been perfecting ceramic solutions for these industries over a number of decades. I attended along with Managing Director Andy Clark, and it was great to have face-to-face contact with existing and potential customers. There were high quality contacts made during the three days, including some new application areas. All in all, it was a worthwhile participation for us.”
At the same time, Mantec Technical Ceramics was being represented at the Indian Ceramics Asia https://www.indian-ceramics.com/ exhibition in Gujarat, India. Mantec’s main products for the ceramic manufacturing industry – Ultralite lightweight refractory insulation and Buller Rings and Process Control Discs – were featured on the stand of Interkiln, a long-time partner in India and a company that is extremely well known and respected across the country, particularly in the ever-burgeoning ceramic sanitaryware community.
Mantec has been garnering great approvals for the whole family of Ultralite products, which bring together high thermal performance and substantial energy saving potential, and has also just been completing a comprehensive product evaluation and enhancement programme for the Bullers ranges. Early indications are that this project should provide a real sales boost in 2023.
