Xtract Merges With Parent Company, Mantec
Industry-leading solids and liquids extraction specialist Xtract Filtration Systems Ltd has merged with its parent company, Mantec Technical Ceramics Ltd, effective 1st April 2025.
This merger is expected to bring enhanced operational efficiencies and benefits to Xtract. Going forward, Xtract’s customers across the world, as well as its suppliers, will conduct all business transactions through Mantec Technical Ceramics Ltd.
Xtract’s business director, Martin Arthur, commented: “There is an obvious harmony in the manufacturing, environmental, and sustainability ethos across both organisations. This is the natural next step for our two businesses, and we look forward to continuing to provide our customers with the very best industrial solid-liquid separation solutions.”
From 1st April, all purchase orders should be issued in the name of Mantec Technical Ceramics Ltd. We look forward to continuing our excellent business relationship with customers and suppliers alike.
