ISO 9001:2015 Interim Audit

Mantec Technical Ceramics just came through its interim ISO 9001 quality audit with flying colours. The audit was carried out by Lucideon CICS, a leading global expert in verification and certification services.

Following a thorough evaluation of our systems, no issues were found and no non-conformances raised. There was a single opportunity for improvement noted. The audit manager passed comment on how we have a well maintained, mature and robust quality assurance system in place. Certification to ISO 9001:2015 is granted right through until February 2027.

ISO 9001 is the recognised international standard for quality. The standard consists of a series of Quality Management System criteria that are designed to facilitate and enable product consistency and thereby ensure that customer requirements are met or exceeded.

The scope of registration for Mantec covers the ‘Design, Development, Manufacture and Supply of Specialist Ceramic Products’ and, taking into account our broad manufacturing portfolio, covers a range of products that includes ceramic filtration products, refractory insulating materials, technical ceramics, pyrometric measuring devices, and subcontract spray drying and firing facilities.
