Continued Success at Indian Ceramics 2013

15 May 2013

Mantec Technical Ceramics Ltd and their Indian partner Interkiln Industries would like to thank all the visitors to their joint stand at the Indian Ceramics 2013 exhibition, which took place in March at The University Exhibition Centre, Ahmedabad. Indian Ceramics 2013 was the perfect platform to access the entire sub-continent and existing as well as potential new customers came not only from India but also from Bangladesh, China, France, Germany, Iran, Japan, Thailand and the UK.

This was the 5th consecutive year that Mantec had exhibited at this show and during this time significant progress has been made in the Indian market. As in previous years, Interkiln also shared the stand with its other key UK suppliers to the ceramics industry “E J Payne Ltd” and “Hygan Products Ltd”.

Indian Ceramics 2013 was the ideal launch pad for Mantec’s new complete range of Bullers™ Process Control Discs (BPCDs), the latest addition to its world-famous range of Bullers™ Pyrometric  Devices.   Adrian Wake, Mantec’s new Global Sales Manager, had attended the show personally for the first time and was delighted by the tremendous response to this new range as well as to Ultralite™, Mantec’s innovative and highly efficient energy saving insulation material.

Bullers™ Pyrometric Devices are widely used in India and around the world to monitor ‘Heat Work’, the heat energy absorbed by a ceramic product when fired, making them an essential and valued quality assurance tool for the quality conscious manufacturer.

Ultralite™ is fast becoming a “buzz word for energy saving in India” with new customers being added monthly. Energy saving was the single biggest topic of conversation for Mantec at Indian Ceramics 2013 and all ceramic manufacturing companies want to reduce the amount of fuel used to fire their product so they recognise that Ultralite™ can make a valuable contribution to these savings.
